This is the first time an upgraded intercooler has been offered specifically for the 91.5-93 Dodge Ram Turbo Diesel since Gale Banks in the early 1990s. What you are looking at is all-new, off the shelf components we source and perform in-house modifications to make fit. We start with a 2003-2007 Ram intercooler and trim the overall height down to fit the 1st gen core support. Provisions are added for a new condenser and mounting tabs to complement factory radiator support mounting provisions. The condenser is fit with hand bent aluminum plumbing which routes though the existing radiator support plumbing location.

NO GRILLE MODIFICATIONS. Lower Valence fits as well!

Radiator support modifications:

Slight cutting/clearance to existing charge cooler openings. No modifications to hood latch assembly.
