Please note, this setup requires welding, fabrication knowledge and attention to detail.
After 4 years of R&D, this setup is as good as it gets for a retrofit suspension on a 72-93 dodge chassis. Designed to only work with the Dodge Kingpin Dana 60 axle. We have dialed this setup in to provide softer ride, no bump steer, good suspension articulation and overall excellent durability. All frame brackets are designed to bolt in place using existing diesel 4x4 frame holes. If your frame is made before 1989 when the cummins diesel was introduced or, you have a 2 wheel drive frame additional holes will be needed. One sleeve needs to be welded in frame for steering box relocation. Front axle brackets are welded on and require use of an angle finder.
Included in the kit for the base price:
Trans crossmember/link pocket assembly
Front shock towers
3 link bars
track bar
drag link with pitman arm and high steer arm
steering box relocation kit
hardware kit
The hardware kit is comprised of flange head grade 8 bolts, locking nuts and all link bolts are custom trimmed to provide full contact on bushing sleeve/bracket. No threads riding in the bushings! C'mon man!
Shocks and springs are available at additional cost and will be drop shipped from our supplier. If you'd like to order the shocks and springs yourself:
Fox 980-02-106 remote reservoir shocks (10" travel 2.5" diameter housing)
Eibach 1200-300-550 lower spring (2 required)
Eibach 1000-300-400 upper spring (2 required)
When selecting a transmission crossmember option, the frame height is determined by measuring rail height 6" to the rear from the front cab mount
Steering box is a 94-2002 era Dodge ram 2500
Steering shaft needs to be modified using a 97-2003 Jeep TJ lower steering shaft. We suggest using only OEM shafts, do not use aftermarket.
LEAD TIME IS 4-5 weeks for the kit without shocks from order date. Shocks may ship before or after kit depending on warehouse stock. Shipped in CLEAN RAW STEEL
For offroad use only
