NOW, you don't need to source a factory shifter lever bracket. You will still need to fabricate a linkage rod and source the interior lever and knob.
This bracket bolts to the trans with zero modifications and has an extra hole provision forward which you can use an M8 bolt and a few washers to achieve spacing and extra support. The lever has a bend to offset it closer to the trans. Lever SHOULD fit through factory shifter hole but it depends on placement of transmission in truck.
Delrin bushing, brass thrust washer and wave spring helps to reduce any vibration!
You can take a factory linkage rod from another transmission and shorten/lengthen to fit this shifter or build your own. If you want to build your own, I source these items from Mcmaster carr:
